Budget Analysis Rooted in Real Experience

We started ConnectedIQGrid in 2019 because we kept seeing the same problem. Business owners had numbers but no clarity. Spreadsheets everywhere, but no real understanding of where money actually went or why.

How We Got Here

Before this, we worked in corporate finance for years. Endless quarterly reports. Budget forecasts that nobody trusted. The tools existed, but somehow the insight didn't reach the people who needed it most.

When we moved to Chiang Rai in 2018, we saw small businesses struggling with the same disconnect. They had accounting software generating reports that just sat there. Nobody had time to dig through them, and even when they did, the information felt abstract.

So we built something different. Not another dashboard. Not another analytics platform. Just straightforward budget analysis that tells you what's actually happening with your money and what you might want to do about it.

Our Teaching Method

We don't believe in handing over a report and disappearing. Budget analysis only works when you understand what you're looking at and can make decisions from it.

Context First

Numbers without context are just noise. We start every engagement by understanding what you're actually trying to accomplish with your business this year.

Real Conversations

We walk through findings together. Not in jargon. Not in finance-speak. Just plain language about what's working and what might need adjustment.

Practical Next Steps

Every analysis ends with specific options you can consider. Not prescriptions. Not demands. Just clear paths forward based on what we're seeing in your numbers.

Who You'll Work With

ConnectedIQGrid is intentionally small. Two people who've spent years doing this work and genuinely enjoy the puzzle of making sense of business finances.

Rattana Suwan, Lead Financial Analyst at ConnectedIQGrid

What We're Building Toward

Budget analysis shouldn't be something you do once a year when things feel off. It should be an ongoing conversation about resource allocation and business priorities.

We're working on training programs for 2026 that teach business owners how to do basic analysis themselves. Not to replace what we do, but to give people confidence in reading their own numbers between formal reviews.

The goal has always been understanding, not dependency. When clients can look at their budget and immediately know what they're seeing, that's when the work really pays off.

We measure success by whether clients feel more confident making financial decisions six months after working with us. The analysis itself is just the starting point for that clarity.
